PAYMENT
A deposit will be payable to secure the reservation subject to the function value, the balance of which will be made in stage payments and agreed at the enquiry stage.
FINAL ARRANGEMENTS
Any quoted prices will be based on the numbers given with your initial reservation, we will also meet with you 21 days prior to your function date to clarify final details, check menus and confirm the final number of guests. The final numbers and final balance will be required 14 days prior to the function date. All details relating to your function will be confirmed in writing.
